Our Hotel UND is located directly in Schladming

With a lot of passion and a clear vision, we, Sabrina and Martin Struber, have breathed new life into the traditional Gasthof Feichter in Schladming. What once began with the search for a home has developed into a project close to our hearts: the Hotel UND - a modern place that combines flexibility, comfort and an inviting ambience.

After taking over the building in summer 2024, we immediately began extensive renovation work. Today, the house shines in fresh shades of blue and green, complemented by loving details and a modern design that we see as "our signature".

Our spruce wood rooms are designed to meet the different needs of our guests. Whether families, friends or colleagues - we want everyone to feel comfortable with us. Flexible beds that can be individually adjusted, workation zones with cozy areas and a small, fine wellness area ensure maximum comfort.

We also offer modern amenities such as high-speed WiFi, smart TVs and a homemade breakfast where we place particular emphasis on regionality and seasonality.
Why spruce wood? The spruce symbolizes security, balance and clarity. In a room with spruce wood we feel harmony and natural rhythms. Its scent cleanses the respiratory tract, brings calm and promotes mindfulness. Its properties combine opposites, such as the UND, and thus create a harmonious balance.

With a 24/7 self-check-in and a snack machine that offers high-quality regional products, we want to offer our guests maximum freedom. Our goal is to create a place that connects - a place without ifs and buts, where everyone can feel welcome and at home.
That's why we chose the name UND for our hotel. Simply a connecting UND, where the possibilities form a whole.

The hotel UND opened its doors just in time for the ski opening in December 2024, and we couldn't be prouder to have reached this special milestone. For us, the hotel is not just an accommodation facility, but a place where warmth, modernity and individuality come together.
