Breakfast

UND BREAKFAST Schladming!

Breakfast is the moment you welcome the day in your own way. Whether you take it easy or fuel up right away, whether you prefer sweet, savory, or both: breakfast is pure joy. With many regional and seasonal ingredients. Here too, our motto is: UND instead of either/or. Because variety and flexibility are important to us. Sometimes vegan, sometimes with fresh eggs from the farm, sometimes with a croissant and coffee that tastes like vacation. It's all about what makes you feel good.
Another UND! With a good breakfast you start the day with energy and stay fit and focused until lunchtime.
The UND breakfast is as colorful as your plans for the day. It is a warm feeling of happiness, colorful inspiration and a little bit of arrival. Make yourself comfortable and start your day the way that suits you best.

UND diversity

Take your time, start the morning in a relaxed manner and enjoy your breakfast with all your senses. Crunchy muesli, delicate flakes, nuts and seeds - plus creamy yoghurt, fresh quark and a fine selection of cheese specialties. Our homemade game sausage from our own hunting grounds, delicious egg dishes, vegan alternatives and a touch of exoticism with shakshuka are waiting for you. Perhaps a soup will warm you up and give you strength for the day?
Freshly squeezed juices, revitalizing lemon water, oxymel, ginger and apple cider vinegar provide freshness and energy. Crispy bread, sweet pastries and fine jams invite you to feast. And for a special moment of enjoyment: date and hazelnut puree with a touch of urban brunch feeling.
UND: Start your morning with joy! Daily from 7 to 10:30 a.m.

  • porridge Fiber, protein and long-chain carbohydrates make porridge a nutrient-rich and warming dish for an energetic start to the day.
  • Oxymel A traditional home remedy made from honey, cloudy apple cider vinegar and herbs. Good for the immune system, energy, digestion and much more.
  • Vegan sweetness Dandelion honey is a vegan sweetener with bitter substances and is therefore good for the liver and digestion.

  • Ingarden Microgreens, natural supplements with up to 40 times more nutrients than conventional vegetables, which promote your inner balance, support mental clarity and give you energy.
  • Fresh juice The more colorful you make your juices and diet, the more you benefit from the valuable plant pigments and their positive effects.
  • game sausage Low in fat, rich in omega-3 fatty acids and proteins, and low in cholesterol. From the host's own hunt.
  • lemon water Lemon water in the morning brings a host of benefits. It stimulates digestion, strengthens the immune system, supports detoxification and provides an invigorating start to the day.
