Breakfast is the moment when you welcome the day in your own way. Whether you take it easy or fill up on energy straight away, whether sweet, savory or both: breakfast is pure joy of life. Healthy, regional, seasonal. Here too, we say UND instead of or. Because variety and flexibility are important to us. Sometimes vegan, sometimes with fresh eggs from the farm, sometimes with a croissant and coffee that tastes like vacation. Whatever is good for you is fine.

Our homemade game sausage from our own hunting grounds, delicious egg dishes, vegan alternatives and a touch of exoticism with shakshuka are waiting for you. Freshly squeezed juices, revitalizing lemon water, oxymel, ginger and apple cider vinegar provide freshness and energy. Crispy bread, sweet pastries and fine jams invite you to feast. And for a special moment of enjoyment: date and hazelnut puree with a touch of urban brunch feeling.
