The booking conditions according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.

Standard cancellation conditions (may vary depending on arrival period – see online booking on our site)

up to 61 days before arrival – free cancellation
60 – 31 days before arrival – 50 %
30 – 08 days before arrival – 70 %
07 – 01 day before arrival – 90 1TP3D
On the day of arrival or no-show – 100 %

Cancellations are only valid in written form.
The cancellation conditions stated in the booking confirmation apply. Unless otherwise stated, the Cancellation conditions according to Austrian hotel regulations.
Check-out until 11 am

no-show
In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior cancellation), a cancellation fee of 100 % will be charged in accordance with the cancellation conditions. Any deposit already paid will be retained in full. The right to accommodation expires at 8:00 a.m. on the following day unless the guest has informed the hotel of a later arrival.
